can anyone suggest a mortgage lender for a property that has a large timber/post and beam extension ? I'm aware of The ecology but there rates are quite high ,looking for smallish loan of around 50k Thanks in advance Calum

I'm with Skipton Building Society, quite good rates and hassle free

Thanks folks , decided not to buy , nationwide were not interested , we had a few lenders saying the extension had to be under 25% of the property [ which it was over ] Amazing property for someone with the money
