I didn't think people marinated seeds - as in soaking them in a flavoursome brew.

People do sprout seeds.
Others coat them in things (sugared and/or spiced).
Some grind them and use the powder.
And there's other forms of seed processing, like making rolled 'porridge' oats...

But marination is a new one on me! Sorry.

Why not do smoked hemp seeds dusted in select spices (thats chilli to you Martin!)

Or stick em together with toffee and make hemp seed brittle (might be horrid, but it might be ok too)

I like those hempseed bars from the health food shop that have lots of different seeds and nuts glued together with chocolate. What about making some a bit like you make rice crispy sweets? Would that work?

Can't you toss them in soy sauce and / or spices and then roast them? Or is that not the sort of thing you want.........
