This lovely little cottage belongs to my son and his ex. he now is living in NZ, and the cottage needs to be sold quite urgently.
Would be perfect for a first time buyer/investment/lock up and leave.

It has been advertised as a one bed, but the second bedroom is big enough for a child`s bed or cot.

New bathroom/kitchen.

If you know of anyone who may be interested, please share the details. Ilminster is a lovely little town in Somerset, between Taunton and Yeovil. Good train links, and daily buses to London
