I have not made jelly for quite a while so thought I would use up some fallers and forage for rosehips. I had forgotten that you don't get much in the way of yield when making jelly. It looks and tastes fab but was hoping for more than a couple of jars. I will have to go out foraging again for more rosehips.

if you can find them rosa rugosa have the best hips for jelly and syrup
