If nothing has changed, jema, how come when I want to see a members only forum such as Chat my name and password are visible on a yellow background. I still have to click Log In box.

I don't like this at all.

Moderator, any moderator? Solution please.

Is the yellow box around popular threads a new thing? I've never noticed it before.

Honestly it can't be a site difference, maybe a browser update?

having seen it noticed i looked, it has code, i am not qualified to play with it

tis new, is it ds server end or our updates end?

if needs be i can awaken the linuxea steampunkii to help us check if it is

the beast should still be cinnamon with bolt-ons and no recent updates

if needs be i can sandbox a test, if i use a disposable HD

it almost feels like incoming, but other interpretations are best examined first

new better..... safet fasten thread icecream walrus oops
seems the place to start with any improved coding

No change for me using Chrome, so could be the user end. I take it you have tried shutting down completely and restarting Dpack and Jam Lady.

When I click to view Chat I see my user name (text) and password (bullets) already displayed where they should be, displayed on a yellow background.

This is without my entering my user name or password. They are displayed as soon as I try to view Chat.

I still have to click to enter.

I have never clicked on Remember Me. I log out. I leave Downsizer. I clear history. I turn off my computer.

And the next time my computer is on, I am looking at Downsizer, I want to view Chat - there are my user name and password already displayed.

Might you have accidentally saved the login info in your browser? Clearing your history won't delete that, but you can clear your browsers saved logins.

I no longer have to put my password in each and every time. I quite like it.
