some strawberries
a bit of
salt, pepper, balsamic
a lump or pour of honey
some gin
mint, there are a few to choose from

a bit of lemon balm, lawn style camomile, the mint is called basil mint, a gentle fragrant one

blend that, more gin

fill a glass and add a big blob of good chocolate based ice cream
top with a few sharp berries

time for a top up
