that was very odd, ghost dust
although i try not to be too untidy with my screen and save the touch screen stuff for when nowt else will do, it does get dust and microblobs
a micro blob or big speck will normally stick better to a finger than the screen, so annoying ones are often removed without a full wipe
this one was not on the surface, it smeared as an image like a leccy speck of graphite and with the second go i ran it off the edge of the screen trailing behind the finger tip
i wonder if it was a ghost of a graphics detail, adrift and alone in a strange place
