Seem to be getting a vast amount of spam mail allegedly claiming to be 'undeliverable mail' at the moment. Is it hitting everyone or is it just me?

floods here, you name it I got it. degrees, viagra, 50 foot penises, lottery wins, viruses, stock alerts (these are the main offenders), phishing scams, 419 scams...

Yes, for the last couple of weeks the "undeliverable mail" has flooded in - plus the usual rubbish.

Vast quantities of undeliverables here as well but that's to a domain and very little to my 'real' address.

no undeliverables here but been getting loads of spam supossidly from various banks

I'd been getting the usual amount of "do you want a larger p***s" emails, plus viagra, and in the last two weeks I've suddenly started to get a load of pretty disgusting stuff - 14 overnight.

I've just changed my email options with 1and1 to use IMAP rather than POP3, so I can use their anti-spam tool more effectively. I also have email forwarded to my blackberry, but unfortunately all the spam gets through on that....any ideas how to limit that?

Same here - loads of st - usually download about 40 e-mails per day - 10 of which are proper ones from peeps I know or those who I expect to get e-mails from, the rest being total crap from various people. If I was certain it wouldn't infect my puter: to the one that says "you want a 40 inch p*s?", I'd be tempted to respond by saying "actually NO, cos my Hubbie's got a 60 inch one!" LOL

Largely depends where your email addy has been. My hotmail address gets just about no spam, my btinternet one gets nothing but 'cos it's on my web-page, and my 2downsizer one gets some 'cos it's been visible on here at some points.
