here are pics ( i hope lol) of the hamper available as standard and people who want to mix and match other products of ours to swap or add to hampers are welcome lol cheers martin well what do you think ? opinions appreciated and suggestions also.

Looks good Martin. How about a few sprigs of dried herbage for added contrast- do you still have a massive bay tree you could raid for example? Just a thought to add a little added wossname.

Looks very good jerky - what about some festive shredded red/green paper to nestle it all in? Is there any sweet stuff in there?

Hey JM!

Presentation wise - not that you need to bulk it out as that hamper looks as though it's got LOADS of stuff in it! But, how about the addition of maybe an environmental shopping bag (such as downsizer or similar) and I would put some sort of "stuffing" in the bottom so that I could separate out some of the products? Just a thought, something like shredded tissue paper or similar. What price is your standard hamper and does it actually include the basket? (Don't think that's indicated on your order form?)

Looks really good. I would pad the bottom a bit to bring the height up. The suggestions of some herbs or coloured paper would work, just to seperate the products out a bit. Maybe a few bits of holly or ivy?

Just seen these: https://www.canby.co.uk/show_range.php?productTypeID=1&rangeID=2 at �1 each the green shoppers would pad out a basket with massive mark-up potential! (though clearly not as swish as a Downsizer bag)

thanx for the advice,padding will soon follow lol, sweet stuff ? yep fruit leathers, chilli toffee, chilli fudge infact i will post a list of whats in it asap

5 chilli relishs ,beetroot n chillie, apple and coriander (and chilli),chilli hot chocolate,hobbit stomper,sweet garlic n chilli.
5 assorted packs of jerky
1 biltong
5 assorted cheeses
pumpernickle bread
2 breasaola
2 salami
2 chilli toffee
2 assorted veg crisps

the cost of the hamper,including re-usable basket will be �75 but people can add, swap or change things they dont want or want more of,i will try and put the order form on here as well so peops can see what else is available lol

Some folk might buy these lovely hampers as presents for family or friends A brief serving ideas / recipes leaflet might be advantageous

Generally, these things have a *lot* of padding...
It might be scrumpled tissue paper - but why not some hay?

I'd also suggest that you might try doing a more economical version - with less goodies and more packing...
Maybe you could offer hampers at �35, �55 and �75... with appropriately different content?

Shouldn't there be some booze in there, of some sort?

Do you know any florists, flower arrangers or even shopwindow-dressers that would help you with an attractive presentation?
And don't be shy about putting in purely decorative elements - like a sprig of holly...
The appearance is very important. By improving the presentation you are 'adding value' for the purchaser by making it a more 'presentable' present... and hence making it sell more easily.

Where abouts do the cheese's come from? We brought some of them at the kent county show very good they were too

They are from the Snowdonia Cheese Company or summat like that - and they are very good. The Black Bomber is superb.

Booze needs licence which = hassle. Looks great Martin. When's last ordering date? PS PM about haunch on way.
