I saved some last year, some people may think I'm a loony but it is honestly tastier than spinach and lasts at least as well before bolting. If you're worried about it self seeding everywhere just make sure you pull it out before it goes to seed.

I'm thinking of a fruit cage with a padlock, entice them in with the thought of all that delicious fruity stuff, soon as they're in there lock 'em in.

That's not illegal is it?
