Can't be that many left for a new topic. Anyway, we hvae some Dove's Farm rice flour. It should be good in cakes and biscuits, has anyone else used it?

Yep, I use it, its very good in shortbread type biscuits, where it adds a lovely crumbly crunch, its also fab to roll things like meatball shaped objects in before frying- they soak up less oil and get a crunchy coating. Also handy to use in gently exfoliating home cosmetics.

Not being the baking expert in the house, I'd say it's finer.

Who is the baking expert? Not me...must be a chicken.

I'm not certain that I've come across ground rice but I think I have, and I think this is much finer. It has a distinct "squeak" to it that any other flour doesn't.
