Do you have to use 00 flour or can an ordinary flour be used, I've run out of Lasagne sheets but only have

Plain
Self raising
Bread flour
Garlic and chive flour
Wholemeal with seeds and herbs
Unbleached white

Which one can I use, the last three are straight from the mill by the way.

I would use the bread flour, Moggins.

I don't believe that 00 is essential, and you could probably make a passable imitation with plain flour.

I believe that 00 flour is the same as plain just ground a little finer. i have used a proportion of SWBF in the past when I haven't had enough, and it was OK.
