alrighty so i need some advice and figured that someone here might be able to help.. i've finally got my ideal little place in the country and was thinking about having a bee hive down the bottom of the garden.. but i've never had bees before and need a little (a lot..lol) of advice.. any ideas advice or suggestions about where to get one and how to set it all up and how complicated it is, would be brilliant..

https://www.northdevonbees.org/ This is a good website, with links to the national beekeepers association where you should be able to find your local branch. Many beekeepers on here. I intend to do a course starting in Feb with a view to getting a hive next Spring.

try to find your local beekeeping association https://www.bbka.org.uk/ listed here as well as lots of information for beekeepers new and experienced. They often run courses for beginners and are also a good source of second hand equipment (beekeeping isn't that cheap to begin with)
