Its good, no, its damn good, for fish.
A handful of sawdust gives about 20 minutes or so of smoke.
Its an outdoor thing for certain, the vent/knob doesn't even try to seal it shut.
Control is by guessing, based on whether or not, or how much, smoke comes out of the knob/vent. I haven't played games with teabags instead of sawdust or part-smoking, part-indoor-roasting meats. I mean to.
But, even for fish alone, worthwhile, I'd say. |
