I'm in the Cynon Valley, so about 20 miles north of Cardiff, below Merthyr. What about you?

Merthyr

God I haven't heard of that place in a long while!

I used to live on the edge of st Brides between Newport and Cardiff. Had some friends in Merthyr!

Ooh, just up the road from us - a lovely area, but there are bits of it that can be like Deliverance country until you get used to it. But, blimey, prices have gone up in the past couple of years. When we started looking, a place like that would have gone for around 250K.
