I saaw a woman in a car park yesterday at a DIY store with a load of big things on a trolley, and one small thing. Husband (presumably) was loading the big things into the car, while she took the one small thing, and put in a plastic bag, standing next to the car. Why bloody bother?
My shopping no longer comes in plastic bags, I take a bag with me whenever I go anywhere near the shops, and we still have more than I can use! I have a trendy old lady bag on wheels - its a ruck sack when its light, and then the handle pulls out and you wheel it like an old lady when its heavy and you don't care what people think! Look out for them abroad - they do them over here, but they are very expensive.
I want a canvas bag with 'I DON'T NEED A BAG, THANK YOU' printed on it - it seems to be all I say in town (I bet I'd still get loads - I take things out now!) |
