Ingredients


  • 2-3 carrots

  • paprika

  • cumin

  • parsley

  • olive oil

  • vinegar (balsamic works well)




Recipe


  1. 1. Grate Carrots

  2. 2. finely chop parsley

  3. 3. Mix carrot and parsley with cumin, paprika, oil and vinegar, quanities to taste

  4. 4. Season if needed
