Anything unusual? All those plums on the trees, already got wine, jam, chutney... Going to make some plum brandy too. What else is there?

nigellas domestic goddess book has a nice plum cake in it and I know your other half has a copy

I have only made it once and it was nice, the recipe actually calls for tinned plums but I see no reason why i can't be made with fresh
