Our local butcher caught me today and asked how my bees were going. He said when I get some honey jarred up - we should do some bartering!

I am really chuffed! LOL. PPl are coming to me to ask me to sell them honey, I haven't had to go out in search for buyers at all!

Now all I need is some honey LOL.

I know. We moved house in November and over the recent fair weather horse riders going up the lane can see over our hedge to the hives. We've had about half a dozen people asking to be added to the list when we harvest the honey. We've never had to push our honey, as ginko says, it's a bit like liquid gold at the moment.

Good thing eh?

Can't believe how many ppl are chasing me for it! Been trying to explain that I probably won't get a crop this year cos I split them. They seem so disappointed when I tell them that!
