Any idea what gender they are? and how much? One final question are these better for egg laying or meat?

Runner ducks are meant to be the next best layers to khaki campbells, is that right? Ie quite good - Mochyn has a few so she might be able to say.

I would love some but don't have the time or space yet. Hope you find a good home for them Dave, they look lovely

After 18 years of waiting and many near misses, I have finally got my Runner ducks

They are absolutely gorgeous, were no trouble in the car home (if a little bouncy and smelly ), and they went straight into their new house. Just going to fix their temp run for them then they can get out. Next week into the big wide world of the duck run........................ Still stuck on names, though, except the drake - he's Dave

Thanks so much, Dave.

They're lovely Sarah, I wish we had the space for ducks. I had a pet duck when I was little, her name was Gina, a super snail destroyer she was, we'd take her for a walk around the garden at night by torchlight, she knew that a stationary torch beam meant a snail had been found, she was funny and quite a character.

I was really excited when I read about these ducks for sale - I've been considering some for a while, now.
Then I continued reading, and discovered that Sarah D had bought them
Dave, if you have any more (females preferably), would you please keep me in mind?
They would have a very good home, would (after settling in) have the run of a six and a half acre river meadow, and would have fox-proof housing between dusk and dawn (at the earliest!! )

All ducks fine, Big Dave keeping them in order. Put themselves away tonight, too, so getting the hang of it.

Hi Dave,
If any of these are still for sale, I will buy them from you, if you let me know how much you want for them.
Thank you,
