Has anyone advertised and sold your own property without the use of estate agents?
We are contemplating doing this next year and wondered it if was worth our while, whether you got any good results, which property websites/portals you used, and any other information too would be most helpful. We do have a smallholding of around 3 acres so any bias towards this would be gratefully received. Our price bracket would be �350-400k.
