I used to have a lovely recipe for this scribbled on a piece of paper - it just had vanilla to flavour it and was absolutely delicious. I've been googling for a replacement, and can find any number of recipes with other "stuff" in them, but not this lovely simple version.
Can anyone help? I want to serve it with some of the strawberry pur�e that I froze earlier this year.
