I also think the government should take a very long look at the way it monitors and ensures bio-security measures are adhered to. I very much doubt BM is the only company to have these problems.

and that is the scariest part to all this. Foot and Mouth started in a farm whos husbandry lead a lot to be desired and now bird flu in a supposedly closed system. It did highlight how much foreign food comes into our country though. I bet all that Hungarian turkey was sold as a product of the UK! Becky
