Franco, I think Nick's point was the more general one that it looks rather more as though you are selling a domain name plus a bit of artwork, showcased as an incomplete website, rather than a *running* (trading) business, with its established customers, suppliers, goodwill, credit lines, stocks and doubtless some accumulated grief.

I'm not interested in buying the property - but for the benefit of anyone that might be, some more detail as to just exactly what is on offer would surely be helpful.
