There's loads of the stuff on my allotment and I have no idea what to do with it! Before I dig it up and burn the flippin stuff, I thought I'd ask if anyone has tried making any drinky-poohs from it. I was thinking along the lines of infusing it in vodka with a bit of sugar. Has anyone tried it?

Sorry, I know it's simply not the done thing to plug (or pimp, as some say) forums, but you might find some ideas on this thread about lemon balm from a rather good little site I know
