I have lambs ready now, small shetland and shetland cross with no fat so low cholesterol! Beautiful lambskins ( Shetland, Dorset Down, Dorset Down x Wensleydale, jacob x etc, born and tanned in Somerset) in a wide variety of colours and textures including those trimmed specially for babies from newborn upwards. I have 9 saddle backs ready now . They are 11 months old . 5 boars and 4 gilts. Boars are not castrated. January will see 10 oxford and sandyblack gilts ready .

11 mutton halves, jointed, packed and frozen, ready to go. 30 Lamb/hogget halves ready second week of January.

I have the following available unto Christmas:, Goose, Turkey, Chicken, Duck (Sorry sold all the ones that are ready for christmas) I have the following available all year round: Chicken, Duck, Guinea Fowl. All the birds are Free-range and killed in our own registered Abbatoir.

i have rare breed pork & bacon orders being taken for november 2009 & early 2010 1/2 or whole pork pigs bacon by the bulk pack from happy well cared for pigs we mill all our own feed so no addatives. we are just outside of peterborough cambs.
