after the bumper find of rhodda's clotted cream and strained greek yoghurt I got out of the skip about a month ago, I still had one and a half kg of yoghurt and 2lb of clotted cream.
So we made:
Sloe and vanilla swirl clotted cream
Earl grey and clotted cream
sloeghurt
lemon frozen yoghurt.
I love my ice cream machine. so much so that I brought it down to bristol from Leeds with me

The lemon frozen yoghurt sounds nice - do you just flavour the yog with lemon rind and add sugar maybe and then freeze??

Lemon frozen yoghurt
Ingredients:
1kg of greek strained yoghurt
zest of 3 large lemons (I used the coarse face on my grater on a zester to get the maximum amount of zestiness into the yoghurt)
Juice of 1 large lemon
Caster/icing sugar to taste
Whisk up yoghurt till smooth with the zest and juice. Then add as much sugar as you like. Remember that frozen things taste less intense than unfrozen mixtures so make sure your ice cream/yoghurt is slightly too sweet and slightly too lemony.
Put in ice cream maker and churn till soft scoop consistency. Turn into a largeish container and swirl in some good quality lemon curd if you have it.
