You drinking lager there Bodger? I'm shocked. If you were closer I'd snap your hand off, but I fear its an awfully long way to travel to pick up a canoe.

i'd like to point out that I've lost a couple of stone since those photos and that the lager was purely for medicinal purposes because my energy levels were low.
