Just learnt a new one but no idea what it'd be called?

You:

knit 2, yarn over, knit 3 together, yarn over, knit 3, yarn over, knit 3 together, yarn over, knit 2

then

purl a whole row

then

knit 2, knit 3, yarn over, knit 3 together, yarn over, knit 3, knit 2

the purl a row again and so on

any ideas? thanks!

I can visualize it but no idea what it's called! It would give a nice nn-sloping mesh.

I meant non-sloping. If you make a mesh by going 'ssk, yo, ssk, yo' etc and the a row of purl, the finished piece slopes over to one side.
