Just seen these, may be of use to some people. Can't see any funding required from the farm, just a grant for new work.

Has anyone any experience under this scheme?

Us too, although we are in the right area. If successful, it'll see us on mains water. And the cows, too!

Is that to stop you peeing in your own water supply?

Yep.

I've asked for pasture pumps, a ram pump and 600m of pipeline.

Did you get it approved ? Have u got it installed ?

I am very interested in this, as I need to store water for my orchard.

I cannot find it detailed anywhere, but can you apply for this, if you also are part of the Countryside Stewardship Scheme. Or can I tag this onto the CSS as a capital item ?

I suppose you claimed "CSF009 Ram pumps and associated pipework".

Any advice or does or don'ts.

I got my letter - we've not been sucessful because;

a) we're not in the target area and
b) we're not already getting CSF money

I got a letter asking me to edit and clarify, but have heard nothing since. We shall see.
