Due to work reasons we need to move back down to South Wales, so have put our house and the land surrounding it up for sale.

Some photos and details are available here - https://ffynnonlas.tel/.

The house was built 4 years ago. It's a great home, with 4 beds, big lounge upstairs taking in the views, Hot water solar, Log boiler (with Gas backup) for the underfloor heating. The land is excellent for grazing, including a small stream. We will even throw our three chickens in if the buyer wants them.

Please pass on if you know of anyone who might be interested, or let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Aled

It looks lovely... so light and airy *envy*

I'm sure it won't be on the market for long!

Thanks both, unfortunately it seems that lots of people who are looking for a property with land want a farmhouse to renovate rather than something more modern.

It's gorgeous - wonder if I could persuade my sister to sell her third floor 2 bed flat in Hove and buy it so I could live there too? About the same asking price!
