Rich fudgy choc brownies.

*For gluten free adaption I just substituted ground almonds for the flour* Nb. also use GF baking powder.

ahhh, excellent! I've just eaten another with a lovely cuppa

Would you let me know how you get on if you make them?

I'm trying to get a whole new repertoire of GF recipes that are also truly scrumptious to everyone (not just GF peeps)

Have you tried Polenta cakes?
All the family have given them the thumbs up.
Variations include,
Orange,
Lemon & Lime,
Apple & Honey,
Apricot &Prune.
