I have been successfully sealing cordial and apple juice after processing using insulation tape and candlewax over that to make sure.

This works well....but is not the easiest to remove when you want to open the bottle!!

What do others use? Any suggestions?

Parafilm is your next obsession and you can find it from scientific/laboratory supply companies, sometimes orcharding supply companies, and Amazon if you want an easier search.

sorry i should have said online shopping.

iirc i got my 2" x 250ft roll, which is loads of sealing or grafting, for about £30,
small amounts and sizes cost almost as much and big stuff cuts down with scissors if you only need inch wide or whatever.

it stretches as you put it on so it does go a long way.
