We buy raw milk from a local farm, 65c per litre. That's about the same price as milk in the supermarket, but it does taste much better, and it's local.

It really does help to use a little enzyme to deal with the by products of pectin.
Does affect the taste at all, or does it only make the cider clear? |

| Activity in my brew stopped after about a week. It was still very cloudy. Just now, I noticed it is starting to clear. I'll give it another week or to and then I'll bottle it. |

We hardly use it, I'd rather use a knife.
In the past half year I only used it to puree hazelnuts for hazelnut-honey spread, and to liquidise a soup.
We got it for free as well when we bought some ... |

I don't like the highlighting much either, or even the new icons on the forum in general.
But I do like the new favorites icon a lot, and do think the old tree icons on the forum could be better ... |
