Have been to check out the greenhouse, and it's bigger than originally thought, I'd say it is a 6x8 or slightly larger.

I froze some over Christmas, defrosted it and it's gone all fluffy and lumpy, so it's gone in the bin!

You need to add a sppon of sugar and whip it before you freeze it - or you end up with butter ...
