For me it's got too be easy to cook (time wise) and have ingredients that I have available, rather only use once.
Manly I�ve got to enjoy using the cookbook and eating the finished result. |

Im not sure but I think the first photo are horse chestnuts (conkers) I didn't know you could eat these.
The photo showing small elongated are sweet chestnuts.
