Not a problem if you're going to home kill, but otherwise check your slaughter house has the facility to kill and deal with a pig as big as a sow - some cant. |

You need to know the seed size. Seed potatoes are graded over riddles of (usually) 35mm - 55mm or (more expensively) over a 35x50mm.
From memory a 35x55 will give about 250 to 300 spuds per 50kg sa ... |

Also consider using a fabric to separate the sub base from the infill. In our case - -not the worst I admit the fabric did help to allow the stone on top to squeeze ... |
