I have found that that material works so well to keep vegetables, especially lettuce crisp and fresh in storage in the fridge. I have tried others but they not as good. I would definitely use somethin ... |

Does anyone know where I can get these bags please. I got them online about 4 years ago and can’t remember where. They are food grade, no gusset or shaped. Thanks

Am I right in thinking the male flowers start appearing before the female ? In which case, you should eventually get both at once and can help them along with a small paintbrush if needs be.

I'm having a go at growing a butternut squash in the greenhouse and it is nearly 2 ft long with some sideshoots coming off of it.

Thanks for that Tahir, I have about 20 bulbs in a raised bed so will probably need to leave them a bit longer as I want to keep them until christmas at least. |
