| i know that you can freeze seville oranges but as i am short on space til i get some more jars, would they keep if i wrapped them indiviually and stored in the garage or similar, i dont have a rack or ... |

ah thanks for that, do you normally do the jars as i have done or not bother with the simmering part ?
