I would say the same, my chickens bimble about the garden and I've never noticed the grass dying back.

I grew some once.... couldn't bring myself to eat them tho, they were far too similar to nightshade plants for my liking I must say tho the crop was good and the birds enjoyed them

Try the vet and get them to do the glueing, or at least someone who knows what they're doing. Don't want to glue her nostrils shut or her tongue to her beak!
