It is very minimalist land wise, no flowers, veggies trees or anything just flat land, not very joyful, just functional.

There does seem to be a lot of Smallholdings coming on the market recently,just last week ,2 a mile either side of me have come up for sale,one with a few acres and the other about 25 acres.
