Why does that not make me wince like it used to? Oh yeah...

I had to get a moonbucket, it's not really any wider than the mooncup actually, just holds a lot more which post-baby seems to be a necessity

An ancient thread admittedly, but as I'm new I figured I'd add my 2p!

I have recently tried my (bought a couple of years ago) mooncup again and I'm loving it! It's making my current hell of a cycle much more bareable as I no longer get the discomfort I used to have to tollerate with tampons (I always found they made my cramps worse for some reason!)

And what's more I've only had one accident so far... I discovered last night that they're rather... bouncy... if they slip out of your fingers into a sink - and for a few minutes, the bathoom looked like a murder scene...

Welcome! I still haven't used one. I do remember the fun I used to have getting my diaphragm out from behind the toilet cistern and washing the fluff off it before having a second (or third or fourth) try at getting it in. Really killed the moment.

Ha Ha....done that too...it's amazing what a diaphragm coated in jelly can collect!

I think she is (she used to be on a forum I was also on back in the day so to speak!) - at fannyfunnels.co.uk - worth a call perhaps as they look to be a good fiver less than Boots' price

And as for the diaphragm issues, somehow i can't imagine being too lusty after that! Hehe!

Well those days are behind me now, but don't do as I once did and absentmindedly inserted it the wrong way round...ie narrow end first It was UNBELIEVABLY difficult to remove!!!
