It is all away now apart from a piece of Belly and a Leg, going to do bacon and a air dried leg, just got to find the right recipes. Do you bone the belly before curing?
Oh and I put it all together, and do you know what, mine has got 4 lungs, how strange it must be the breed
With the last two pigs from our January offer now posted (except for one, I haven't forgotten ) I'd just like to thank everyone for their support, which has been far more than financial and is very much appreciated.
