Tell him (its usually blokes) to install the latest firefox and check out the 'Tools->Start Private Browsing' option which I think also throws away google cookies so that his search for lusty whatevers isnt popping up.

Yep mozilla firefox. Tools -> start private browsing Daily Mail Tools -> stop private browsing.
