Pomegranates are coming into season again, and if you can get 10-12 cheaply, why not make some pomegranate wine.
The 2006 has turned out just as well as the 2005. And the same, so the recipe works consistently, despite the fruit being slightly different (size, ripeness)
I made some a while back, and it was very good. bought one pomegranate yesterday, 49p. Might wait until I can find some on offer for the wine, though. If I get the odd one from time to time, I add it in with other fruits,e tc.
