Too much - I've had two, and they've both been aimed at families of four. For about 15 quid I got (this week) pak choi, carrots, broccoli, peas, radishes, tomatoes, lettuce, leeks, cellery, beetroot and garlic. Given that I then buy spuds and onions, I can use this in a week if I cook properly every single day - if I skive off and we have pasta or fish and chips, or a meal out, it starts to mount up.
I keep meaning to change to a smaller one, and top it up. In fact, I'll go and do it now! I think they list 'typical boxes' if you;re interested.

It tends to vary, but on average we get maybe 6 or 7 potatoes, 2 onions, about 4 carrots, a bulb of garlic, small bag of mushrooms and random other things like a leek or a squash, and usually cabbage as well. It costs 10 and feeds two people for a week. |
That makes me a complete pig then. I've just cooked dinner (for one, but it will do two nights) that involved 4 spuds, 2.5 carrots, 4 onions, and 1lb of sprouts. Plus the meat.
I don't think that veg box would last me very long.
Off for second helpings of veg now...
Edited to get rid of double negative
