The pork extravaganza has cleared us out of porker sized pigs, although there are a couple of larger ones if anyone is planning a bumper sausage/ham making session, available in April.

I got mine today, Thanks Rob It is all away now apart from a piece of Belly and a Leg, going to do bacon and a air dried leg, just got to find the right recipes. Do you bone the belly before curing? Oh and I put it all together, and do you know what, mine has got 4 lungs, how strange it must be the breed

No it was one of the Three muskateers that said they did it so I did it for the kids so they could see it whole.

With the last two pigs from our January offer now posted (except for one, I haven't forgotten ) I'd just like to thank everyone for their support, which has been far more than financial and is very much appreciated. I may not do quite such a 'good' offer in the future, but I don't regret it in the slightest. Thank you.
