Really interesting film but raises more questions than it answers. I believe it will require some for of new world order before such concepts can be embraced and utilised to the full. Sadly not in my lifetime.

Yes, I agree, whilst I agree with the principles, letsnot forget we live in a world populated by politicians who think they can buy their way out of a problem.....
Its the way we are going forward personally, but we will not be able to do without a car, and so we are looking into that old during the war standyof running the car on chicken shit. Apparently it was done, but Im trying to find out by who (to find out how) and getting nowhere.

At least with our own veg, fruit, chickens, eggs, honey, homebrew & lamb we wont starve.

We often say to each other the same thing - at least we can grow our own food ,etc. However, should (when?)things get really bad, the whole of society will quickly break down and my neighbour (who hates us even now) would not starve while I stroll up the garden and pick my veg and collect my eggs - I am sure he would steal them and find an excuse to hit me over the head at the same time.

Wether we like it or not we are all in the same boat and have to find a way forward for everybody to get by (even people we don't particularly like).

This is why I love that the "village is growing "and that so many people are sharing thier skills and ideas . Here in wales many people have been Doing This for years but The sharing and urgency is growing. The only way forward is to enable others to feel that they too can feed themselves and take away the fear that creates the greed and head bashers.... even if we dont win the battle over this, I am privaledged that I feel happy that I am trying to be part of the solution and not so much part of the problem.Everyday I have something that brings Hope, so while that lives, we carry on... while my friends are still bringing Babies onto the planet, I shall continue to make a place where we can grow.
Thanks for Being part of that hope
